1.) Drinking more water
This sounds almost TOO easy, doesn’t it? And, if you are suffering from enlarged prostate problems now, you may even think it sounds crazy. After all, if your symptoms include having to get up in the middle of the night to pee 4 or 5 (or more) times… and if you have to look out for a bathroom everywhere you go due to a frequent urge to urinate… wouldn’t drinking more water make your prostate symptoms worse?
Yes and no.
Yes, they probably will get a little bit worse in the short term.
But no in the long term — as your prostate needs lots of water. In fact, you entire body needs adequate amounts of water each day. It keeps your bits & pieces lubricated. And it also can flush out irritants that aggravate your prostate, too.
So maybe in the short term you will notice your symptoms getting a little worse.
But over time, I think you will find them getting much better.
2.) Having more sex
Another thing you can (and should!) do is have more sex.
Sex is great for shrinking an enlarged prostate. For one thing, it keeps it cleared out of all the toxins and poisons that can accumulate over time (and make it grow). It also is natural pain and stress relief, too. And if you simply reduced your intake of refined sugar, you would probably go a long way towards getting rid of inflammation and maybe even help get rid of your BPH symptoms.

These are not (in my opinion) always the best supplements to take.
And there are others that work far better (and faster).
