When Never To Take High Quality Health Supplements

This may seem a tad strange.

Especially since I’m always howling in the wilderness about looking into taking certain kinds of nutrients and supplements if you have prostate problems.

And, especially since I preach taking them daily.

(So they can build up in your system.)

But, there is a time you should not take them, and by doing so, you could make their effects more beneficial.

I actually learned this recently.

And basically it’s a “vitamin fast.”

What does that mean?

It means picking one day per week where you abstain from any health supplements (not prescriptions or anything you really need, though, let me be clear about that).

Why would you do this?

Because it makes your body work harder to pull those nutrients out the next day.

Not saying this is a 100% sure thing.

But the source I learned it from is reliable.

And I’m doing it now myself.

Just something to think about.
